2608 W Potomac Ave:
Near Division & Western, 1 block N. of Division 2 blocks west of western.
6-unit apartment building with 2 managers, 3-4 guys per apartment, $135.00/week, nothing fancy, just a nice clean home. Right next door to our Women’s house
2855 N Maplewood Ave:
A couple blocks from the Diversey, Western & Elston 6 corner intersection. Nice area, lot’s of shopping walking distance, i.e. strip malls, target, X-sport, etc…
Single family home, a little more upscale, holds 8 guys and a manager. It has steel appliances, Granite, Jacuzzi. Cost: $175.00/week. It’s all Men.

2606 W. Potomac
Near Division & Western, 1 block N. of Division 2 blocks west of western.
It’s a two-flat which was converted to a single family home. 8 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, holds a total of 15 Women including 1 manager. Right next door to our Men’s building which has an additional 2 Managers who also live onsite and all our managers’ work together to ensure that the residents are staying sober. All of our homes have everything a regular home has, TV, cable, internet, telephones, utility room, etc… Nothing fancy, just a nice clean home with good people.
3039 N Damen
On Damen & Barry between Belmont & Diversey It’s in Roscoe Village, a great area, right across the street from Hamlin Park. Nothing fancy, all women, 3 flat what we did there was turn the top 2 floors into all bedrooms, and left the ground unit as all the common areas: 2 Living rooms, kitchen, utility room, business office, etc… Total of 17 Women including 2 Managers. Cost: $150.00/week

2147 W Belmont
On Belmont & Leavitt, great area in Roscoe Village. It’s a brand new building, we built it from scratch, it’s a 3-flat split by floors, one floor is all women, and the other is all men, each floor has 10 residents and a manager, 3 bathrooms, living room, and utility room on each floor. The ground floor has a huge common kitchen, and we built an Alano club type place where we’re currently working on getting people to chair meetings there daily. Cost is $200.00/week
2026 Maple Ave, Northbrook
Right in downtown Northbrook, across the street from the Metra stop. It’s brand new home, it’s co-ed, but everyone has their own room and bathroom. It has all the finest finishes, i.e steel appliances, granite, home gym, pool table, Jacuzzi, it’s a very fancy home a bit of a more professional crowd who generally live and have families in the area. Cost is $350.00/week
