Consider the source of reviews

I have known several people who have continued there recovery journey with the help of the people who operate a fresh start. Please note the other two reviews were done on the same day at about the same time by two people who probably did not even stay clean.

not good

i was breifly a resident at the fresh start belmont house it was poorly run and very "cliqueish" geared towards young peopl from priveliged backgrounds the manager juan will openly discuss clients personal information and freely speculate on who he beleives is using regardless of whether they have dropped dirty or not theft and drug use are a constant issue but as long as you have the $$ you can stay there in my opinion this is not a recovery home but a flophouse for those who have money to burn and if you are looking for a house thats serious about sobriety this IS NOT the place to go

Think carefully before going here

Fresh Start's
facility on Belmont is very nice. However, there are serious issues with the demeanor of many of the female residents (very angry, nasty people). The atmosphere is anything but supportive. The manager(Juan)enforces the rules for some and not others, and he encourages "drama" among the women. He also shares personal info about the residents, some of which is pure speculation. The Damen house is less hostile, but cramped.
